Data Room Setup starts at $3,600. The number is set by scope — how many platforms carry the campaign, how many creative variants get produced, and how deep the video and design work goes.

It is fixed in the agreement at the outset. It does not get recalculated against the amount you raise, because a fee tied to the raise would be a success fee, and we do not charge those.

Media spend sits outside the fee entirely and is paid by you directly to the platforms. We plan it, place it and report on it, but the money never passes through us.
