Digital PR for Issuers for issuers who filed

Before quoting anything we check whether advertising is permitted for your offering at all. If it is not, we say so and stop there.

Method

Four moves, in this order

1

Audience

We define who should see the page: interests, geography, and lookalikes built from the list you already have.

2

Creative

Landing page, video, ad sets and email sequences — produced, then tested against each other.

3

Traffic

Paid media across the platforms that will accept the category, with small test budgets before anything scales.

4

Measure

Impressions, click-through rate, cost per click, cost per page action. Written, weekly, in plain numbers.

Page actionsOn your site

We report media metrics, and only media metrics. What happens after someone reaches your page — whether they invest, how much, and whether your round closes — is determined by you and your funding portal. We do not measure it, do not forecast it, and take no part in it.

In short

What this actually commits us to

  • Audience defined before a single dollar of media is committed
  • We check whether advertising is permitted for your offering before quoting
  • Your documents stay yours; producing them is outside our scope entirely
  • Traffic lands on your own offering page or funding portal, never ours
Eligibility

Not every raise is allowed to advertise

Public communication is a right that comes with the exemption you filed under. Before we quote anything, we check which one applies to you — and if advertising is not permitted, we say so and stop there.

We can run campaigns

Regulation CF

Public communication about the offering is permitted, within the rules that apply to it.

Regulation A+

Public communication about the offering is permitted, within the rules that apply to it.

Rule 506(c)

General solicitation is permitted where all purchasers are verified accredited investors.

We decline these

Rule 506(b)

General solicitation is not permitted. We do not run campaigns for offerings under this exemption.

Section 3(c)(7)

Qualified purchasers only. Outside the scope of our media services.

Section 3(c)(1)

Limited to 100 investors. Outside the scope of our media services.

This is our own operating rule, not legal advice. Which exemption governs your offering is a question for your counsel — we work from what you tell us and what your filed documents say.

Packages

Scope decides the price — not your raise

The package follows the work: how many platforms, how many creative variants, how deep the production goes. The fee is fixed in the agreement at the start and is never recalculated against what you actually raise.

Reviews

What issuers say afterwards

Rated 4.7 out of 5 across 199 reviews.

Weekly reporting was the thing that changed how we worked. For the first time we could see which creative was carrying the campaign and which was dead weight, and we moved budget accordingly.
Founder & CEO · Reg CF issuer, second round · media
Podcast placements brought a different quality of attention. Longer sessions on the page, more of them finishing the video.
Managing Partner · Reg CF issuer · real estate
Community management meant someone was actually in the thread answering, at the hours when people were asking.
Head of Investor Relations · Reg CF issuer · fintech
The dashboard gave our existing holders somewhere to look instead of emailing us. Our inbound questions dropped noticeably.
Marketing Director · Rule 506(c) issuer, follow-on · consumer products
Creative testing was systematic rather than a matter of taste. By month two we knew what worked and stopped arguing about it.
Co-founder · Rule 506(c) issuer · healthcare
The results were solid. Our sector is a difficult one to advertise in and that constrained what was possible.
Head of Marketing · Reg A+ issuer, tier 2 · food & beverage
A clear improvement over the agency we used before. The compliance discipline is the main difference.

FAQ

The questions we get asked first

Who approves what gets published?

You do. You nominate one approver during intake, and every asset goes to that person in writing before it is published. Nothing goes live on our say-so.

Who actually does the work?

One team covering audience, creative, media and reporting. You get a named contact, and on the larger packages a campaign manager who is yours for the engagement.

Do you write our offering documents?

No. Producing the offering documents is outside our scope. We work from what you have already filed and cleared, and we design around it.

Do you take a percentage of the raise?

No. We charge a fixed fee and never a success fee, commission or per-investor payment. Whether the round under- or over-subscribes, our invoice is the same.

What happens when the round ends?

You get a final report and everything we built: creative assets, audience data, tracking setup. It is yours, and it stays useful for whatever comes next.

Is media spend included in the fee?

No. Media budget is paid by you directly to the platforms and sits outside our fee. We plan it, place it and report on it, but the money never passes through us.
