YouTube Campaign, without the success fee
Ten working days is the usual distance between signature and first impression. Yours is 9, and it starts when approvals land.
Fixed in the agreement at the start. It does not move with what you raise. Media spend is billed to you by the platforms, separately.
Get a planWe produce creative and run paid media. We do not identify, screen, qualify, introduce or advise investors, and we never handle subscriptions or funds.
The fee is agreed at the outset and does not change with the amount raised. No commission, no success fee, no per-investor payment of any kind.
We never promise or imply returns. Every asset carries the required risk language and goes to you for written approval before anything is published.
All traffic lands on your own offering page or your funding portal. Your process begins there, and it stays entirely yours.
Four moves, in this order
Audience
We define who should see the page: interests, geography, and lookalikes built from the list you already have.
Creative
Landing page, video, ad sets and email sequences — produced, then tested against each other.
Traffic
Paid media across the platforms that will accept the category, with small test budgets before anything scales.
Measure
Impressions, click-through rate, cost per click, cost per page action. Written, weekly, in plain numbers.
We report media metrics, and only media metrics. What happens after someone reaches your page — whether they invest, how much, and whether your round closes — is determined by you and your funding portal. We do not measure it, do not forecast it, and take no part in it.
What this actually commits us to
- Required risk language carried on every asset, without exception
- One team from brief to reporting — no hand-off between agencies
- We do not identify, screen, qualify, introduce or advise investors
- Platform eligibility confirmed during intake, before any budget commits
Not every raise is allowed to advertise
Public communication is a right that comes with the exemption you filed under. Before we quote anything, we check which one applies to you — and if advertising is not permitted, we say so and stop there.
We can run campaigns
Public communication about the offering is permitted, within the rules that apply to it.
Public communication about the offering is permitted, within the rules that apply to it.
General solicitation is permitted where all purchasers are verified accredited investors.
We decline these
General solicitation is not permitted. We do not run campaigns for offerings under this exemption.
Qualified purchasers only. Outside the scope of our media services.
Limited to 100 investors. Outside the scope of our media services.
This is our own operating rule, not legal advice. Which exemption governs your offering is a question for your counsel — we work from what you tell us and what your filed documents say.
Scope decides the price — not your raise
The package follows the work: how many platforms, how many creative variants, how deep the production goes. The fee is fixed in the agreement at the start and is never recalculated against what you actually raise.

What issuers say afterwards
Rated 4.9 out of 5 across 257 reviews.
What sold us was the first call: they told us plainly that one of the things we wanted to say could not be said. Nobody else had raised that.
The landing page was rebuilt from scratch and page actions roughly doubled on the same traffic. That alone paid for the engagement.
Fixed fee meant no awkward conversation about what our round did or did not do. The invoice was the same in a good month and a slow one.
Everything went through our approver before it went live. Not once did we find something published that we had not seen first.
The founder video is still the asset we send when someone asks what we do. Eighteen months on, it has not dated.
They handled platform verification, which had blocked us for six weeks on our own. That was worth the fee by itself.
Our list had gone cold. The nurture sequence brought a measurable share of it back to the page without us writing a word.
Strong work overall. Ramp-up took slightly longer than we expected, mostly because our own approvals were slow.
The questions we get asked first
How long is the minimum engagement?
Three months. Testing needs enough time to produce evidence rather than noise, and the first 9 days are set-up rather than optimisation.
Who actually does the work?
One team covering audience, creative, media and reporting. You get a named contact, and on the larger packages a campaign manager who is yours for the engagement.
Why is the fee fixed rather than performance-based?
Because performance-based fees on a capital raise create exactly the wrong incentives, and in many cases are not permitted at all. $4,300 buys a defined scope of work, and that is the whole arrangement.
How much does youtube campaign cost?
It starts at $4,300. The package is set by scope — how many platforms, how many creative variants and how deep the production goes. The fee is fixed in the agreement at the outset and is not recalculated against what you raise.
How quickly can we launch?
9 working days from the moment your approvals are in. Days one and two are intake, days three to eight are production, and launch follows with small test budgets across segments.
Do you take a percentage of the raise?
No. We charge a fixed fee and never a success fee, commission or per-investor payment. Whether the round under- or over-subscribes, our invoice is the same.
Work it out before you talk to anyone
No email required, nothing gated. If the answer is that you should not run a campaign, these will tell you that too.
